A great hotel with amazing facilities. The pool area was terrific. The room was huge - spacious, well presented and the staff cleaned the room well 1-2 times a day. The breakfast buffet was great. Reception staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is in a good location - very close to the night market area, 20 min walk (5 min - 30000 dong) to long beach restaurants and bars. The beach area outside the hotel is not clean and is rocky. We had a few problems with the room - the air conditioning kept rattling - we told reception and they had someone look at it, but it kept returning randomly for 5 min then would disappear. The fridge in the room kept your drinks at temperature of 10-15 degrees - we asked reception if it could be made cooler, but the fridge has one setting - on! We used the 2 for 1 spa offer - 850000 for a 1 hr massage (250-350 in an external massage place) - a bit expensive but the 2 for 1 offer makes it somewhat worthwhile. The massage was nice and relaxing - but the massage itself only lasted for 40 min with a 15 min foot soak prior to the massage and 5 min after for tea and payments. Not worth the extra money. The bar/restaurant prices were very high - 70000 for a single can of Tiger beer - luckily they have a happy hour between 5-6pm - 2 for 1 drinks! Better but still significantly more compared to local shops! Overall, I would stay here again due to the facilities, cleanliness, nice staff, and pool area!
